Testing Quality

1. Look at the logo

In general it's 316 stainless steel and it's going to have an associated seal on the product, so that's the easiest way to identify it.

2. Test the water

Professional point, need to buy professional detection potion. Detection of stainless steel, stainless steel drops after the reaction color, there will be a color card for reference.

3. Spectral detection

Need to use a professional spectrometer, stainless steel material for element content detection, so as to determine whether 316 stainless steel.

4. Salt spray detection

Generally 316 material, need to pass about 72 hours of salt spray erosion test, to see whether it is 316 material, relatively time-consuming.

Delivery condition: Generally delivered in heat treatment condition, the type of heat treatment indicated in the contract; If not indicated, the goods shall be delivered in non-heat treatment condition
