Malaysian Customers

In 2022,2,29, when we finished our Spring Festival. We received Malaysia ‘s customer inquiry.

He need stainless steel sheets 304L, hot rolled plate, and need is FOB term.

Due we have experience, so that we let our customer send us CAD drawing to us to calculate how to save the material cost. And at the same time, we show the photos to our customers and show his order’s every progress. And he check our qualifications and let The Third Party institution to check our factory, then after two months,he confirm the order with us.

For that, his order has these sizes, 12*1524*6096, 16*1524*6096, 25*1524*6096, 20*1524*6096 etc. We confirm with them the delivery time is about 50 days. They agreed and paid us 30% TT as a deposit, for the balance, they will send us upon we show them Bill of loading copy..

And when the goods are ok, the Third Party came and check the quality, Then the check is ok,we ship goods within 50 days. After getting the B/L copy , then our customer paid us the balance.

For now , In May , Malaysia’s customer had sent us 5 orders. Today he send another big order for us and written: During these years, i cooperated with so many companies, just you ,let me get the good quality and win the double win.

Saudi customers

In 2022, the customer is from Saudi Arabia. They need the cold rolled surface ,and brushed surface to meet the super market’s need for the escalator.

And according to the drawings, and judge it is the customize products.And we are said about our MOQ and show our products send to our other customers, and within the chat on whatsapp and email. We confirmed the order and sign the contract.

Within 1 months, we do the products well,and after 55 days, our customer get the goods and show us the photos. He is satisfied with our stainless steel products and said our company’s custom service is more great.

Turkish Customer

In 2021,Oct.12, One of our turkey customer inquired us for the strip.And he is one of the biggest fruit maker in Turkey.He need is 15mm ,and 16 mm for width.

And need the hardness is 460HV,need the passivation treatment to prevent rapid rust.
With these requirement, we take 25 days to get them all ready, our turkey customer‘s 25 tons, 1 container 20GP, shipped to their place.
And kindly reminder, for this order, just ship to his forwarder in Guangzhou, then their forwarder ship goods to him.
For about 2022, January, 10, customer get the goods and for now, we are doing his the third order with 5 containers.
