2205 duplex stainless steel pipe is defined as stainless steel smelting and manufacturing in its hardened structure of ferrite phase and austenitic phase proportion of each half, referred to as 2205 stainless steel pipe. 2205 duplex steel pipe is defined as stainless steel smelting and manufacturing in its hardened structure of ferrite phase and austenitic phase proportion of each half.
2205 duplex stainless steel pipe has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, as well as good weldability, in the oil and gas industry, ocean engineering, chemical industry and other industries have a wide range of uses. In the oil and gas industry, the length of oil and gas pipelines laid by duplex stainless steel material has been more than 850Km, most of which are 2205 duplex stainless seamless steel pipes (some are S31803 duplex stainless steel pipes and 2507 duplex stainless steel pipes). In the west-east gas transmission project, 2205 duplex stainless steel material is used in the high-pressure pipelines due to the corrosive nature of the medium transporting natural gas.

The microstructure of the two-phase head ensures that the steel has high stress corrosion rupture resistance and high mechanical strength.

The polished stainless steel tube should be overheated and shrink-wrapped first, then put the tube in the paper tube for protection, and finally use the universal plate to pack. The reason for this layer of packaging is to be transported by sea. The waste products can also be smelted and tested by the following procedures: size, shape, appearance quality, mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion, non-destructive testing, process properties, grain size, etc., to meet the needs of customers again.
