Carbon steel is an iron carbon alloy with a carbon content of 0.0218%~2.11%. It's also called carbon steel. It also contains a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus. The higher the carbon content in general carbons steel, the harder and stronger it is. ASTM A335 P22 is a carbon steel with 1.9% chromium in the content.
