20crmo steel plate has higher hardenability, no tempering brittleness, good weldability, little tendency to form cold cracking, good machinability and cold strain plasticity. Generally used in tempering or carburizing quenching state, for the manufacture of non-corrosive media and working temperature below 250℃, containing nitrogen and hydrogen mixture of high pressure pipe and various fasteners, more advanced carburizing parts, such as gears, shafts, etc.

Strength characteristics:
35CrMo alloy structural steel has high static strength, impact toughness and higher fatigue limit, higher hardenability than 40Cr, high creep strength and lasting strength at high temperature, long-term working temperature up to 500℃; Medium plasticity and poor weldability during cold deformation. Low temperature to -110 degrees Celsius, and has high static strength, impact toughness and higher fatigue strength, hardenability is good, no overheating tendency, quenching deformation is small, cold deformation plastic, cutting machinability medium, but the first kind of temper brittleness, welding is not good, before welding to preheat to 150~400 degrees Celsius, heat treatment after welding to eliminate stress, Generally used after tempering treatment, but also can be used after high and medium frequency surface quenching or quenching and low and medium temperature tempering.
