SPCC-SD represents standard tempered, non-glossy finish rolled, general cold-rolled carbon sheet, single glazed surface material, between 85 and 110 Vickers hardness (HV).
SPCC is a Japanese brand, indicating the general use of cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip, equivalent to the Chinese Q195-215A brand. The third letter C is short for Cold. To ensure that the tensile test, add T at the end of the grade is SPCCT. The suffix S means annealing and leveling. Suffix D indicates that the roller is shot peening after finishing by the grinder, and the material surface is pockmarked.
