Product Description:
C45 is also named 1.0503 a kind of medium carbon high-quality steel with high strength. Due to poor hardenability, it is generally used in normalizing state. When the mechanical properties are required to be higher, the tempering treatment is adopted. Cold deformation plasticity is medium, annealing and normalizing have better machinability than tempering. It is used for manufacturing parts with high strength requirements, such as gear, shaft, piston pin and mechanical workpiece, forgings, stamping parts and bolts, nuts and pipe joints with low force.
