Flawless galvanizing is an anti-corrosion method that coats the zinc layer on the steel surface, and its technical process is as follows:
Steel Surface Treatment:
First, the steel needs to be surface treated to remove oil, rust and other impurities on the steel surface, making the surface smooth and uniform for better galvanizing.
Pickling Treatment:
Immerse the steel in an acidic solution for pickling to remove iron oxide scale, rust products and impurities on the surface of the steel for better next-step treatment.
Rinse With Clean Water:
Rinse the steel after pickling with clean water to remove the acid solution and acid smell on the surface, so as to ensure that the subsequent treatment will not be affected.
Soaking Treatment:
Soak the steel in a solution containing zinc salt, let the surface of the steel contact with the zinc salt solution.
And react after a certain period of time, so that a zinc layer is formed on the surface of the steel to play an anti-corrosion role.
Cleaning Treatment:
Clean the galvanized steel to remove the residues and impurities on the surface and make the surface clean and tidy.
Drying Treatment:
Dry the cleaned steel to remove the moisture on the surface and avoid uneven zinc layer or zinc layer falling off on the surface of the steel.
Inspection and Packaging:
The galvanized steel is inspected to ensure it is of the required quality and packaged for storage and transport.
