The coating fraction by weight is Sn 0.42% ~ 2.16%. Al 0.09%-0.4%; Fe 0.02% ~ 0.08%
Galvanizing method:
The fraction of zinc liquid by weight is Sn 0.42% ~ 2.16%. Al 0.16%-0.2%; Fe 0.02%-0.08%; The allowance is Zn and unavoidable impurities;
Zinc liquid temperature is controlled at 420℃ ~ 480℃, air knife pressure is 260mbar ~ 380mbar, air knife distance is 10mm ~ 20mm;
Strip steel into the zinc pot temperature of 450℃ ~ 500℃; The thickness of the belt plate is 0.3mm ~ 3.0mm, and the speed is controlled from 60 to 160m/min.
On the basis of ensuring that the surface of the coated steel plate has good corrosion resistance, the metal Sn element promotes the growth of zinc flowers on the surface of the zinc layer, making the surface of the coating produce large size zinc flowers, which not only ensures the requirements of environmental protection but also makes the surface have beautiful and bright characteristics, excellent texture, and the tin-coated steel plate fully meets the requirements of environmental protection.
