Hot dip galvanizing coating zinc mini spangle is a process that reduces the solidification temperature of zinc liquid (the solidification temperature of pure zinc is 419℃) by generating a large number of crystalline nuclei, so as to prolong the growth time of zinc mini spangle crystal.
In order to obtain small zinc mini spangle, galvanized, when the zinc liquid near the solidification temperature, immediately with a diameter of 0.1mm below the water droplets sprayed on the surface of the galvanized sheet, so that it forms a small and uniform crystallized nucleus, in order to get smooth zinc mini spangle, and then use less than 1% of the pressure to carry out flat rolling. Small zinc flower is suitable for coating, finish zinc mini spangle is suitable for deep stamping.
